Thank you to Eli’s family for sharing this Rockin’ Chat and Tell with us. Mazel Tov! Here’s what his mom had to say:

Eli loves Rock n’ Roll, and he truly rocked the bima, but so many people helped his Bar Mitzvah party helped make his party a rockin’ success! Yvette and the staff at Restaurant 210 helped it to be the amazing venue we envisioned with delicious food. We really can’t say enough about how the space is both gorgeous and just a little edgy, which is exactly the vibe we wanted. Plus, the acoustics are amazing! The very gifted Lance at Freelance Studios put together such fabulous decor that both enhanced the space and personalized it – exactly what we’d hoped!

Marz and his Charisma Entertainment staff kept the party moving along and also helped create our vibe by playing Eli’s classic rock music choices at exactly the right times. Marla Fleishman was so much more than a fabulous “Day of” Party Planner who kept things running smoothly; she was also a great sounding board along the way. The old school video games and crane game from Clowning Around/Entertainment Authority were a truly fun accessory and a huge success!

Aliza Sperling at G.Q. Promotions, Inc. had the patience of a saint while I hemmed and hawed about giveaways and DJ prizes and then got us such great gear at the right prices. They beautifully showcased the logo that Eli’s dad, Jeff, created, and I have since received numerous compliments about them.

George Burns, photographer extraordinaire of George Burns Photography, demonstrated once again the huge advantage that Jeff’s employment at Harpo Studios was in terms of connecting to people of fabulous talent. His photos were thoroughly gorgeous! Check out his website if you want to see all the work he’s done for Oprah and just how lucky we were to have him.

Vanilla Video gave us the great raw footage so Jeff can edit it in the way he chooses – a true find for a dad who is a professional editor! WDS brought in their “Candy Cotton” – cotton candy made from 2 choice flavors of hard candy – and it was thoroughly beloved by adults and kids alike and so tasty! Bent Fork did their magic baking and helped us create a cookie table of Eli’s delicious dreams. Edoughble provided us with our “at the door” treat and shipped some of the best cookie dough we have ever tasted complete with the logo, and the little spoon provided in the to-go cup is such a nice convenience. We can’t thank all these fabulous vendors enough for shaping our party into a genuine success!
